This spacious and sunny apartment has a large living room (45m2) with kitchen, two bathrooms, one with shower and one with bath, a 30m2 spacious bedroom and a sunny garden. There is a stereo, TV, a video and DVD player, kitchen appliances, washing machine and internet connection.
		pricing conditions: Maximum 4 persons. Rent per week. For 2 persons from EUR 85 per night, water, gas and electricity included. For every extra person EUR 20 per night. If only 1 person rents a discount will be given. For every 14 days of renting one night will be offered to you for free. Cleaning costs: EUR 35. WIFI, bed sheets and towels included in the price. A part of the rent has to be paid in advance to reserve a certain week. All costs have to be paid at your arrival. A deposit of EUR 300 will be asked upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
