This spacious and sunny apartment has a large living room (40m2) with two balconies, a modern open kitchen, two bathrooms with bath and three spacious bedrooms. There is a stereo, three TVs, a video and DVD player, kitchen appliances, washing machine and internet connection. |

pricing conditions: Maximum 6 persons. In the high season July and August EUR 100 euro per night, in June and September EUR 85 per night, water, gas and electricity included. If only 1 person rents a discount will be given, and if more than 3 persons want to rent there will be a surcharge. For every 14 days of renting one night will be offered to you for free. Cleaning costs: EUR 40. Bed sheets: if rented they cost EUR 5 per single bed and EUR 10 for the double beds. However you can also bring your own. A part of the rent has to be paid in advance to reserve a certain week. All costs have to be paid at your arrival. A deposit or a check of EUR 150 will be asked upon arrival and will be refunded at the end of your stay. |
